Bridge Program Education Manager
Location: Remote | Start Date: Immediate | Benefits: Based on qualifications | Application Deadline: February 28th, 2025
Build infrastructure. Build leaders.
Engineers in Action is hiring an Education Manager. EIA seeks to alleviate rural poverty by leveraging the resources of our global partners to engage under-served communities and their governments to implement life-changing water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) projects and the bridges needed to access them, simultaneously providing solutions to rural poverty and building local capacity to maintain those solutions for generations to come. The volunteers who help build those bridges become the leaders our world needs to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals.
The Bridge Program Education Manager will specialize in leading the education of Bridge Program University Chapters and our Virtual Capstone Program, managing our online education platform (BridgeEDU), organizing the content in the Bridge Binder, and overseeing any content or policy updates from the field programs. As EIA expands its WASH Program, the Education Manager will also assist and advise in developing educational content for new student-focused WASH Programs. The ideal candidate is a young professional with a growth-oriented mindset and a passion for international development, experiential learning pedagogy, student empowerment, educational technology, and civil engineering.
